Use pure N2 bulbs for making Nitro Cold Brew Coffee (or any nitro drink). 
Serves about 500ml per bulb
This will create a better cascading effect with thicker. tighter, creamer bubbles. Picking the right coffee bean is the key to a good lasting frothy head.  If the head dissipates, rousing or swirling the beverage will bring the cascade back
