Want to make your own unique tap handles but don't know the thread type? These simple brass inserts are the answer.
All you'll need is a 12.7mm (1/2") hole drilled into your handle (plastic, Pine, Red Gum, Oak, Cherry, Maple, etc), then screw in with a large flat screw driver.
It is important not to push down too hard if you're going to using a screw driver, or wide drill bit. It will strip the thread. Let the piece cut into the wood. Ensure that it is straight.
Suits NukaTap and Intertap taps and most other threaded tap handles
